Histoire :
Roger Murtaugh, brillant sergent de la police de Los Angeles, se prépare à partir à la retraite. Mais, à la suite d'une imprudence, son coéquipier Martin Riggs dit "Arme Fatale" et lui-même se voient rétrogradés au rang de simple flic.
